Are you ready for the job that you deserve?
Your parents would have had a very different experience from what you are having these days. When they finished school, they simply decided what they wanted to study and then got a job in that field after graduating.
As I am sure you will have found out so far, that is no longer the case. Getting a university degree is no longer the single 100% guarantee of a future job that it once was. Yes, having a university degree means you are a better employment prospect and stand a better chance at long-term success, but the fact of the matter is that there are more graduates than there are jobs today.
What can we do to address that?
Here at Campfire Coaching, we offer three different skill set developments that will hopefully make the difference between being A candidate and being THE candidate. We touch on interview preparation, general skills development, and relationship building within the industry to have you better placed to get that job that you deserve.
We isolate what skills exist that you can develop today, which will add value to your employer once you join them, as well as how can you learn those skills as quickly as possible and where. We make sure that you know as much as possible about yourself, the company you are applying to, and the person interviewing you so that you can give the best possible representation of yourself in the interview. And finally, we advise on how to build relationships within the industry that will be your “foot in the door” or your “leg up” on the opposition. In other words, what can I do RIGHT NOW that will make me a better candidate in the future?
A university degree no longer guarantees a job.
We enhance employability through interview prep, skill development and industry networking.
Identify and quickly develop valuable skills, understand your strengths and build industry connections.
